PRRSV 抗体 ELISA キットの性能
このキットは、PRRSV (プロテイン N) の組換えヌクレオカプシド タンパク質を利用しており、これに基づいて間接 ELISA またはラテラル フロー イムノアッセイが臨床検査目的でさらに開発されました。内部検証によれば、このキットは PRRSV 抗体を 100% 特異的に検出し、感度は 95% 以上です。 IDEXX PRRS X3 Ab Test と比較した場合、このキットの総合精度は 95% 以上です。
